The model can't use any official Upland branding or iconography.
The model can't contain any defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or violence. The model can't use any drug or criminal references.
The model does not use any gambling or financial references.
The model should stick to Upland's quality standard.
The model can't use any original IP, characters, brands, or entertainers. The model is not something for which you require permission to sell.
By submitting an image to Upland, you confirm that:
Ownership: I own the image or have permission to use it and submit it.
License to Use: I grant Upland.me the right to use, display, and modify the image for any purpose, without any compensation to me.
No Copyright Infringement: The image is not copyrighted and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Indemnification: I will be responsible for any claims made against Upland.me related to the rights of the image.
Upland reserves the right to modify any of the submitted models, including but not limited to scale, dimensions, and colors.
Upland reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this UGC program at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
