The following outlines the Material requirements to follow when creating 3D content for Upland.

Baking

  • You should not use any light setup or HDRI for baking

  • All materials should be baked directly using the Ambient occlusion node (Avoid flat color or non-shaded areas)

Details

  • Structure: 4 Materials are mandatory for each NFT and LODs

  • Structure Ornament: 5 Materials are mandatory for each NFT and LODs

  • Landmarks: 1 Material mandatory

  • Map Assets: 1 Material mandatory

Requirements

  • No duplicated materials

  • Texture format: JPEG

  • Materials should not use any shader (unless the category requires it)

Water

  • If you asset include any still water, please use the following image texture

Size relation

  • Materials image size must follow this relation size:

    • 64x64

    • 128x128

    • 256x256

    • 512x512

    • 1024x1024

    • 2048x2048
